Exploratory concept

Vouch

Before money moves, verify the person and their authority.

A trust layer for high-consequence instructions.

The buyer problem

A familiar voice is no longer enough.

When a call asks for funds, credentials, or secrecy, the receiver has to establish two things before acting: is a real person present, and are they authorized to make this request?

Vouch explores a lightweight verification layer for private offices and high-consequence deal teams. It would need to add confidence inside an ordinary call without turning every exchange into a security ceremony.

The evidence boundary

The problem is documented. The system is not yet proven.

Evidence in hand

  • The FTC warns that a short audio clip can be used to clone a familiar voice for an urgent money request.
  • The FBI warns that synthetic voice messages can build trust before requests for access, information, or funds.
  • Invisally has framed the risk and the proposed verification model. Vouch itself remains an unbuilt concept.

Proof Vouch still owes

  • Replay-resistant presence and authority signals that minimize sensitive biometric collection.
  • A check fast enough to fit an ordinary call before a transfer or account change.
  • A buyer, workflow, and integration point where the verification can be required and acted upon.

The proposed system

How it could work

01

Challenge

A proposed live check would ask for signals that are difficult to replay or synthesize.

02

Attest

People and trusted devices could carry a time-bound cryptographic assertion.

03

Warn

High-consequence actions could pause when the evidence of presence is weak or contradictory.

The diligence

The questions that matter

  1. 01

Which signals prove live presence and authority without collecting invasive biometrics?

  2. 02

Can verification happen fast enough before transfers and account changes?

  3. 03

Which buyer owns the workflow and can require the check?

Three private paths

Choose what you want to examine.

Each path begins with a fit review. Nothing on this page promises a transaction, allocation, or commercial release.

  1. 01

    Concept acquisition

Review the Vouch thesis and current materials to decide whether a negotiated concept transfer merits deeper diligence.

  2. 02

    Formation backing

Explore forming a venture around Vouch, with the evidence plan, operating team, and governance still to be defined.

  3. 03

    Commissioned mandate

Commission a distinct venture brief for a related identity or authority problem. Rights to Vouch would require a separate agreement.

Before you ask

Questions about Vouch

What evidence supports the Vouch thesis today?

FTC and FBI warnings show that synthetic voices can support impersonation requests involving money, access, or sensitive information. That evidence supports the problem, not the proposed Vouch system.

What would Vouch still need to prove?

The concept would need to prove replay resistance, privacy, speed, workflow fit, and a buyer willing to require verification before a high-consequence action.

Which private paths can a buyer explore?

A private review can examine concept acquisition, formation backing, or a commissioned mandate. Each path remains subject to fit, diligence, and separately agreed terms.

Is Vouch available now?

No. Vouch is an exploratory Invisally concept, not a launched product. Private access begins with a direct review for fit.
